Obtaining instant benefits with your Value Rewards Card program
Value Rewards Card members can present their Value Rewards Card or pre-purchase vouchers depending on the specific offer. Members should read the terms and conditions of each offer carefully.

Flash Card Discounts
A valid card must be presented at participating businesses and retail outlets to receive the available offer. Valid cards will clearly display the Club Lifestyle logo and current expiry date. Each outlet has the right to refuse members who do not produce a valid card.

Pre-Purchase Vouchers
Gift Vouchers required by participating businesses may be purchased online through www.valuerewardscard.com.au or by calling the Customer Service Centre on 1300 887 787.

Online Shopping
Value Rewards Card provide a secure online shopping facility. Once logged in (refer to instructions inside front cover), select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have entered all of your required details and made your payment, you will automatically be sent a tax invoice confirming your order and payment. Your order will be processed and mailed to you within approximately 14 business days (depending on inventory levels).

Additional Offers or Changes to Existing Offers
Participating businesses reserve the right to change, modify or cancel any offers. Club Lifestyle will make best endeavours to notify members of changes prior to the amendments taking effect. The Value Rewards Card website, www.valuerewardscard.com.au, is constantly updated in terms of such changes, hence members are encouraged to log on regularly to remain aware of changes.
We also feature regularly updated ‘Exclusive Offer’ and ‘What’s New?’ pages, which continuously adds further value to your membership.

Members’ Guarantee
If a member makes a purchase at any participating outlet and the offer shown is not honoured, Club Lifestyle will reimburse the amount equal to the saving listed within the offer. To qualify for the discount, members must retain receipts as proof of purchase, and notify the Customer Service Centre on 1300 887 787 to facilitate the refund.

Other Important Information
Members must abide by any Terms and Conditions posted on the Club Lifestyle website.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the card, and use of the card constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions. The card entitles members to use the Value Rewards Card program (program) and receive the discounts and other benefits provided by businesses participating in the program (services). Members enter into any arrangement with any business participating in the program at their own risk.
The offers listed on the website supersede the offers listed in this handbook. The program expires on the date specified on the card. Club Lifestyle or any other party involved in the program will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of members’ access to, or use of, the program.
