1.) ValueRewards™ Card would ask you for your name, email to enroll you as member of our Rewards Card and its Lifestyle Rewards so that you can accurately be identified and registered with us. Value Rewards Card will keep your personal information confidential.

2.) ValueRewards™ Card is offered in affiliation with Club Lifestyle Group. All information once submitted to us automatically becomes the property of your Value Rewards Card, its Affiliates, Association or Organisation and may be used for promotional purposes only. This includes Phone Numbers and e-mail Addresses that may be used to notify Members of coming promotions and competitions. This information will not be sold or given to a third party.

3.) ValueRewards™ Card is bound and comply with all relevant company and consumer privacy laws and regulations, including the National Privacy Principles and Information Privacy Principles made under the Privacy Act 1988.

4.) We will not pass any information provided to us to any 3rd party unless we have the express permission of the provider, or as required by law.
